Our items are being used for the sole purpose of fundraising for ministry efforts within Africa. As we are not gaining any profit from the sale of our products, we kindly ask that you respect our return policy!
All sales are FINAL. One reason that we do not accept returns is because of the custom nature of our GlamKaps and AfriKaps. Each cap is carefully designed and handmade, thus, they are exclusive items with limited quantities. As a result, if we have a customer return one of these custom items, and they are defective in any way by staining, odors, lice, excessive wrinkles etc. it renders the entire product useless and therefore cannot be resold. This then means less money for us to use to help others.
When you purchase a cap from us, you can be confident that it is new, and you are the first and only owner.
We stand by the quality of our products as each cap is made with detail and LOVE. If for any reason you are unhappy with your scrubcap, we ask that you re-gift or donate it to someone who you feel would benefit from it. That way, you are doing a good deed and we can continue our humanitarian efforts.
*We will make an exception in this return policy if there is an ESTABLISHED manufacturer defect in the product. Please contact us at support@deboladesigns to inform us of the defect and we will work to rectify the situation.
